Guy Fearon runs an in-person CPD on coaching, aiming to serve to familiarise you with the coaching approach and with various options for incorporating it into your career.

There are a number of characteristics that coaching, as a discipline, shares with the field of counselling/psychotherapy. Both are concerned with what we might broadly label as human development, growth or learning. Both therefore utilise theories of change and both professions are home to practitioners with a wide range of theoretical perspectives. Both are thought to be ‘helping’ professions and are largely non-directive in nature.

This workshop is open to all who are interested in understanding more about the field of coaching, but is particularly focused on those already qualified as therapists or counsellors.
