I am trained as an integrative counsellor, I incorporate various counselling models and techniques when working with clients, responding to the needs and personal circumstances of the individual client. I love seeing people encounter freedom from behaviours and thoughts that have limited their becoming who they truly are.

I work therapeutically with issues such as self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, insomnia, loss and relationship difficulties. I have a particular interest in supporting people with autism and their families.

In addition to my private practice, other settings I have worked in include a university counselling service, the mental health charity Mind, a specialist autism counselling service, and community counselling services in Gravesend and Tonbridge.

Before training as a counsellor, I worked in international development and human rights advocacy. I have lived and worked overseas and so am also interested in working with those who are dealing with cross cultural issues.
