I'm an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive experience. I offer a warm, accepting space while being creative, direct, and not afraid to think outside the box. I take the time to really get to know you, ask the right questions, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.

If you want to feel more empowered, more authentic, and more connected to who you really are, you'll be met with warmth, acceptance, and honesty. I'll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge you when needed. We will work together to uncover deeper patterns, build insight and create meaningful change. I bring in psychological models to help make sense of relationships, communication and the ways you interact with the world. Every session is shaped around your pace and goals.
